Being invited into families’ homes to capture everyday moments is always an amazing experience for me. It’s something I wish I had done when my kids were younger, and I approach each home session with the mindset of cherishing the simple joys. What if I knew then what I know now? What moments would I want to remember forever? Here are just a few: mama hugs, the pure happiness of being together, and the overwhelming love that fills these homes.

This recent family session was with parents and their three young children. We started indoors, bouncing around and cuddling on their parents’ bed adorned with the kids’ artwork on the walls. It was a cozy and intimate setting, perfect for capturing genuine moments of connection. We then ventured outside, exploring both their front and back yards. The children ran freely and played games, and we captured plenty of laughter, hugs, and cuddles under the open sky.
