The sun slowly disappeared behind the trees, and we found ourselves chasing its vanishing light – it sounds a bit silly, but the magical images speak for themselves. Anyone watching me work might have had a good laugh; my toolkit for manipulating the film was an assortment of whimsical items, and not a single light leak marred the images. As a film photographer who loves using Ektar, I concentrated on shooting just two rolls of Kodak Gold to see what I could create in such a brief span. In my opinion, the endeavor was a resounding success, and I hope you find the results as captivating as I do. Even though I travel the world for shoots, stumbling upon a field of beautiful flowers so close to home always fills my heart with joy.
