I have been looking around for a film camera that didn’t cost a lot, was lightweight, and if it were to break, I wouldn’t be heartbroken. I found one forever ago (an inexpensive plastic camera), and I haven’t had the opportunity to play around with as much as I would have liked, so I thought Disney would be the perfect place to do just that.
(No worries, I still brought along my good film camera to capture all the other moments, this one was specifically to capture whatever fun images I could on one roll.)
I used Kodak Ektar film for these images, my absolute favorite to shoot because the colors are gorgeous. I shot one roll through of flowers, lights, anything I could find that looked interesting, and then went back and did all the buildings. I purposely misaligned the film to see the division of the negatives. This was strictly for an aesthetic purpose, to make it more interesting. I absolutely adore these images, and I can’t wait to be in Arizona in a few weeks to do this a few more times.
