Capturing love: Mommy and Me Film Photography

I love breaking down sessions into smaller parts to make it easier on little ones (and some big people, too). I shoot one roll of 35mm and 120 film photography, capturing lots of love, hugs, laughter, and emotion. Afterward, we take a break to explore another area. This not only gives me time to reload my cameras but also allows the kids some downtime to go on an adventure and discover a new place to explore. It keeps them involved and happy and is a great way for me to get to know their personalities.

During this mini session, I focused on the older sister celebrating her 5th birthday while the baby couldn’t resist joining in on all the tickles. The shoot only took about five minutes—just enough time for everyone to have fun without getting worn out. I specialize in capturing colorful family photos and film photography, which brings a unique charm and timeless quality to each image.

Shooting with film allows me to create vibrant, authentic portraits that stand the test of time. Whether it’s the rich colors or the beautiful grain, film adds a special touch to every photograph.
