Caught your eye with those vibrant shots, didn’t I? They’re from my unforgettable shoot at Camp Lucy in Dripping Springs, TX, where I had an absolute blast teaching a Master Class for Hybrid Co on creative shooting with film. And let me tell you, it was a blast!
My goal with this class was simple: to shake off the routine and monotony and provide a much-needed creative escape. I wanted attendees to rediscover the sheer joy of photography and have a blast with it again. From exploring unique perspectives to embracing spontaneity, the workshop was all about unleashing creativity and capturing vibrant, joyful images.
Now, since I was busy guiding my attendees, I don’t have a ton of images to show off. But trust me, the ones I do have are pretty cool! Each photograph was brought to life using Ektar Film, skillfully processed and scanned by my favorite lab, the incredible team at The FIND Lab. From vibrant double exposures to playful light leaks, every image showcases the magic of film photography.
If these images caught your eye and you’re curious to learn more about this shoot, my upcoming creative film photography workshops, or film photography mentoring, shoot me a message here or follow me on IG! I’ve got a lot more in store, plus a few surprises you won’t want to miss.
And, of course, a special shoutout to my dear friend Ashley, an exceptionally talented photographer who graciously lent her time to model for the shoot. Ashley, your generosity meant the world to us, and we’re endlessly grateful.
